Matthew 3:14-15 14 But John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I have the need to be baptized by You, and yet You are coming to me?” 15 But Jesus, answering, said to him, “Allow it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he *allowed Him.
Father in the name of Jesus Christ we ask you for those people who have not yet been baptized in water, we pray that you place the conviction of baptism in water in the people that you need to be baptized.
We know and understand that your son Jesus Christ was baptized in water to fulfill all justice, and we know that by being baptized we share in the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus. Allow those people who have not been baptized in water to know that by being baptized they will fulfill all justice and that they will participate in the death and resurrection of your son Jesus Christ.
Father we ask for them so that you fulfill your work in them and they can know, understand and live the experience of baptism in water, we love you and we bless you.
