Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation

Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

The verse of Matthew 26:41 gives us a great teaching and something that we always ask ourselves, and it is how not to enter into temptation?

And the key is to watch and pray, that is, to be attentive at all times to the word of God, to watch the word in order to live it, in addition to this, to pray at all times.

We see the greatest example of this when Jesus was tempted by the devil, he did not enter into temptation, since he was always attentive to every word to put it into action and in prayer for which he was able to resist the devil and consequently the devil fled from him. Jesus Christ.

So let us watch and pray so that we do not enter into temptation.
